Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri N.K.Sharma, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1208 of 2017, under Sections 376, 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.Act, Police Station Hafijganj, District Bareilly during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the brother-in-law (Jeth) of the informant and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant was married to the co-accused Noor Ahmad in the year 2015. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 10.05.2016. The first information report was lodged on 05.11.2017. The delay is fatal to the prosecution case. The medical report does not indicate any sexual assault on the informant. During the course of investigation, the applicant was granted
