Heard Shri Aditya Yadav, Advocate, under the authority of Shri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ajai Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Dinesh Kumar @ Dimpi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 411 of 2025, under Section 5A/8 of the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 (1) (d) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960, Police Station-Bidona, District-Auraiya. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.09.2025.
