Naushad Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.65 of 2019, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Lotan, District Siddharth Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the fourth bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first and second bail applications were rejected by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 17.3.2020 and 20.09.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.10505 of 2020 and 13220 of 2021. The third one was also rejected by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.3.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Appli
