The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Amit @ Tillu with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 626 of 2025, under Sections 318 94), 319 (2), 336 (3), 338, 340 (2) BNS and under Section 60 (A), 60, 63, 72 of Excise Act, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Mainpuri, during pendency of trial.
