This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rohtas, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 257 of 2025, under Sections 5/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Sikandarpur Vaish, District- Kasganj.
