The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2024, under Sections 376D, 504, 506 I.P.C., and Section 5(g)/6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Soron, District- Kasganj during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 24.2.2024.
