The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 377 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 6 of Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1935, Sections 4, 20, 21 and 25 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1985 and Section 66-C and 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2008, Police Station Mawana, District Meerut.
