Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagvalkya Pandey, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 463 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11-Gha of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Kotwali Shamli, District Shamli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that it is a case of Police firing in which nobody received any injury. He submits that the applicant is not arrested from the spot and the alleged vehicle in not related with the applicant.
