Heard Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 344 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3) of BNS and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station - Khurja Nagar, District - Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. His name has come up subsequently in the statement of informant recorded u/s 180 BNSS. The statement of injured person was recorded u/s 180
