As per office report dated 03.12.2025, notice issued to the first informant of the case has been served personally. Despite service of notice upon the first informant of the case, none appears to press this bail application. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., has specifically stated that she has solemnised marriage with the applicant and physical relations were also established. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has also stated that she was living in her
