Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.28 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 103(1), 118(2) B.N.S., Police Station Bhanwarkol, District Ghazipur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his sister has been set afire by the named accused persons, namely, Jagnarayan Tiwari, Sarvanand Tiwari, Sandhya Tiwari and Sumit Tiwari (applicant) on 16.2.2025 at about 11:00 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
