GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Despite service of notice none has appeared on behalf of informant even in the revised call. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with two other accused. The F.I.R. alleges that applicant had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 14 years. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS the victim states that she left her house on her own and reached at Faridabad and neither she took name of any accused nor made any allegation of rape upon her, whereas, in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS she states that when she left her house to ease herself three persons including the applicant, who are named in the FIR, apprehended her and took her i
