The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 409 of 2024, under Sections 65(2), 137 B.N.S., and 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad during pendency of the trial. At the outset, Sri Rohan Gupta, counsel for the applicant submits that the present application has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
