The sole appellant Chunubad has appeared before this Court in compliance with the bailable warrants issued by us after surrendering before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banda and furnishing a personal bond and two sureties. 2. We record his presence. 3. Mr. Raj Kumar Yadav, learned Counsel for the appellant appears and undertakes to argue this appeal, which shall proceed forthwith. 4. The personal bond furnished by the appellant before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banda stands cancelled and the sureties discharged. He need not appear in person. 5.
