This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Devendra, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 696-A of 2010 (State vs. Devendra) arising out of Case Crime No. 49 of 2010, under Sections- 302, 201 IPC and S.T. No. 698 of 2010 (State vs. Devendra) arising out of Case Crime No. 87 of 2010, under Section- 25 Arms Act, Police Station- Allahganj, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that the husband of the informant left his village on 22.01.2010 at 10:00 am after receiving a phone call at 08:27 from some person.
