The applicant has preferred this application, seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 56/2024, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 21/22/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 [hereafter „NDPS Act‟] and Section 174A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 [hereafter „IPC‟]. 2. Briefly stated, the facts of the present case as per the prosecution are that on 21.02.2024, specific intelligence was received BAIL APPLN. 4092/2025 3.
