Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1.Compliance affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. It transpires from the compliance affidavit that petitioner has been given joining as Forester by order passed by Chief Conservator of Forest, Kanpur Division, Kanpur on 27.08.2025. 3. In view of the above, let the petitioner continue in service and be paid salary as admissible in law. 4. Since now the petitioner has been given joining pursuant to the appointment for which the writ petition was filed, the relief claim has stood satisfied and petitioner is accordingly rendered infructuous. 5.
