This petition is directed against order dated 26.11.2024, passed in Original Application ('OA') No. 53 of 2020, passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad ('Tribunal'), whereby the OA, filed by the petitioner, aggrieved of orders dated 19.07.2019 and 13.09.2019 passed by the Post Master General, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur, has been dismissed. 2. The OA was filed, inter alia, with the submissions that the petitioner applied for the post of Gramin Dak Sewak ('GDS') on 22.02.2016, in response to the advertisement published by the Inspector, Post Office, Paschim Upmandal, Deoria on 01.02.2016 in branch post office Piprakachhar, reserved for backward category.
