Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Learned Standing Counsel raises preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition on the ground of availability of efficacious alternative remedy of revision. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner could not dispute the above. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgnece in the matter. However, it is provided that in the event revision is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by the competent authority within a further period two months. 5.
