Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh challenging the principal order dated 27.02.2024 by which recovery was directed against the petitioner for excess payment of salary. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the above. In view of the above, this petition dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
