And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Bhole Ram Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants consideration of his application/ representation dated 4th July, 2025 made to the respondent No.- 2 with a request for transfer from Ghaziabad to Jhansi. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may approach the competent authority with a fresh representation for consideration of his grievance, that may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that in the event petitioner makes a fresh representation within a period of three weeks' from today along with certified copy of this order before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of six weeks.
