By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent-authority to pay the entire post retiremental benefit i.e. pension, gratuity and general provident fund to the petitioner." 3.
