After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner has already been regularized and wants payment of difference of salary seeking regularization from back date and accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
