This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 448/2024, titled Parul Tyagi v. Sports Authority of India and Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal stayed the operation of the transfer and relieving Order dated 19.01.2024 passed by the petitioners against the respondent, and further directed the petitioners 2.
