This appeal is directed against the order dated 03.07.2025 passed in Writ A No.9485 of 2024, whereby challenge laid by the appellant to his order of transfer dated 01.10.2024 and 04.10.2024, has been dismissed. 2. The appellant was under suspension and on reinstatement, order was passed posting him at Nagar Nigam, Gorakhpur whereafter another order was passed transferring him from Nagar Nigam, Gorakhpur to Nagar Nigam, Varanasi. 3. Feeling aggrieved, the petition was filed. 4.
