Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties no.2 to 5 to ensure release of the land of Gata No.54Ka and Gata No.54Kha, which is recorded as Naveen Parti and Gata No.25 which is recorded as Abadi situate at Village Pure Tula, Upadhyaypur, Kumbhapur, Tahsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh from the illegal encroachment of the opposite parties no.6 to 9 and also to remove the illegal encroachments which has been done by the opposite parties no.6 to 9 over the same expeditiously or within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
