The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to take immediate necessary action for removing the illegal encroachment made by the private respondents from the public utility land of Gata No.842 situated in Village Panchayat Bhopatpur, Development Block Risiya, Tehsil and District Bahraich, after taking necessary measurement of the Gata land/public utility land by constituting a Revenue Team within a timeframe as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
