This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent nos. 6 to 11 to remove the encroachment over Nala situated at Markeenganj Mohalla Jhandatar, Ghazipur City, District Ghazipur. 2. Along with the petition, the petitioner has annexed the notices dated 01.07.2025 issued by Nagar Palika Parishad to respondent nos. 6 to 11 for removal of the said encroachment. 3.
