This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to construct Bithauli Baroth Road expeditiously and to decide the applications dated 19.01.2024 and 01.05.2025 moved by the petitioner. 2. Submissions have been made that the road in question, which was constructed long back has been damaged at several places and despite the representations made in this regard, the same is not being repaired by the respondents and, therefore, the respondents be directed to do the needful. 3. In the circumstances of the case, wherein the prayer made pertains to undertaking the repair of the damaged road and representations in this regard have been made, it is required of the respondents No.2 and 3 to look into the matter and ensure that the needful is done with expedition.
