A personal affidavit has been filed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Sadabad, Hathras, where in paragraph nos. 6 and 7, it is averred: 6. That Land Management Committee Midawali has passed a proposal on 14.08.2016 for construction of Government High School Midawali over Gata No. 338M. The copy of proposal dated 14.08.2016 has already been filed by the petitioner as Annexure- 2 to the writ petition. 7. That District Inspector of Schools, Hathras has written a letter on 07.08.2025 to the deponent and as such deponent has registered case no.T202518340307196 (Land Management Committee vs. Government High School Midawali) under Section 31/32 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and after considering the report with regard to land in dispute deponent has passed order on 14.08.2025 accepting the proposal of Land Management Committee dated 14.08.2016 and recording the land in
