This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to take action against the encroachment at Nazul land in front of Pipal Wali Kothi, Nayaganj Crossing, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar and construct the pink toilet for women over the aforesaid Nazul land. 2.
