Hon'ble Arun Bhansali,Chief Justice Hon'ble Kshitij Shailendra,J. 1.This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to constitute the Gram Panchayat individually of Village Nishar Block Mithval, Post Didai, Vikas Khand Mithval, Tehsil Bansi, District Siddarth Nagar in accordance with Section 11-F of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and the Government Orders dated 14.08.2014 and 16.08.2014. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that earlier a PIL No.25420 of 2015 with similar prayer pertaining to Village Radvariya was filed, wherein the Court directed making of representation and made it subject to the time limit prescribed therein. 3. A perusal of the notification dated 16.08.2014 provides that the representation, if any, was required to be filed by 30.09.2014 and, thereafter, the exercise was required to be completed by 31.10.2014. 4.
