In compliance with the order dated 18.08.2025, learned Counsel for the petitioner has sought instructions. He stated that the encroached area of Plot No. 243, which is recorded as a Khalihan, has been rid of the encroachment. The written instructions received from the State also take the same stand and assert that as on date, Plot No. 243 has no encroachment. In view of the supervening event, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record.
