CORAM: JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA J U D G M E N T (ORAL) 1. The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 81/2024 of PS Cyber, Shahdara for offence under Section 419/420/120B/34 IPC. 2. Broadly speaking, the prosecution case is as follows. The complainant de facto Mr. Chetan Singhal lodged a complaint alleging that he had been defrauded of a sum of Rs.13,75,000/- through stock investment scam.
