Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 446/2014 of Police Station New Usmanpur, North East Delhi for offence under Section 279/337 IPC on the ground that the victim/complainant de facto (respondent no. 2) has compromised the dispute with him. 2. Broadly speaking, the petitioner, while driving his truck in rash and negligent manner collided the same against the TSR being driven by respondent no. 2, thereby causing minor injuries to the latter by way of a jerk.
