This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 511/2024, dated 06.09.2024, registered at P.S Fatehpur Beri, Delhi under Section 448/511/506/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per averments made in the FIR, on 31.10.2023 Respondent No. 2 alleged that several accused from a land mafia gang carrying CRL.M.C. 2530/2025 3. During the course of proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes. In view of the aforesaid settlement, petitioners have executed an Agreement dated 17.10.2024.
