Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1. Sri Afjal Husain, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohd. Qasim, counsel appears for the applicant submits that the supplementary affidavit has been filed through e-mode. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant accused Chhote Khan Alias Hakkat for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.01 of 2025, Police Station Anoopshahr, District Bulandshahar. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, contends that the accused is on bail in the cases shown in the gang chart and in criminal history. He further submits that in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit, it is specifically mentioned that the accused applicant is 73 years of age and bail orders of 8 cases shown against him could not be made available.
