This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Jhallar seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.208 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 96, 98 B.N.S. and Section 16/17 POCSO Act, Police Station Pipri, District Kaushambi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 14.1.2025. It is submitted that initially the First Information Report was registered as unknown.
