Hon'ble Avnish Saxena,J. 1.Sri Subedar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant filed rejoinder affidavit to explain the criminal history of the applicant, the same is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Yogendra for the offence punishable under Sections 21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 in Case Crime No. 558 of 2024, Police Station- Goverdhan, District-Mathura. 3. Sri Misrha, Advocate appears for the applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police, wherein 220 gms. of Alprazolam powder has been allegedly recovered from the possession of the accused- applicant on the basis of tip of police informer while he was near Radha Kund Sitaram Guest House at public place.
