This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant-Govinda, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.1123 of 2015, u/s 302, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Sadabad, District Hathras. 3. This is a second bail application. The first bail application on behalf of the applicant was dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 15.2.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.16344 of 2017. 4.
