The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 154 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 118(1), 131, 333, 351(2), 351(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kakrauli, District Muzaffar Nagar.
