This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Dr Rafique Alvi, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 196 of 2024, under Section 376 I.P.C. registered at P.S. Jawan, District- Aligarh. 4. The F.I.R. of the matter was lodged on 25.5.2024 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she became friend with Shabana on instagram who offered her a job in Adil Hospital and called her there.
