Heard Sri Parvesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.253 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352 B.N.S., Police Station-Nawabganj, District-Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with other co-accused person, Suresh Harijan are stated to have assaulted the brother of the informant on 04.06.2025 at about 10:45 PM, thereby causing his death by stab wounds instantaneously. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
