This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Vimlesh Maddheshiya, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 138 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 74, 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS, registered at Police Station Ghughuli, District Maharajganj. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 17.04.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she is aged about 25 years. On 16.04.2025 at about 05:30 pm she had gone to the field to bring fodder where the applicant met her and due to some old reasons started abusing her and assaulted her and enraged her modesty.
