This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Faisal alias Hamja, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.138 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, registered at P.S.Jaithra, District Etah. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 20.5.2025 by Intjar Khan against the applicant and three unknown persons alleging therein that the applicant entangled his minor daughter in his love and sexually exploited her. Then his daughter became pregnant and was having pregnancy of about five months and then on 7.5.2025 at about 5 a.m. he and other accused persons forcibly took his daughter from the house along with adhar card to a
