Chaturvedi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rakesh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State and perused the material on record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Pawan Singh, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.143 of 2025, under Sections 77, 79, 75, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 64(1) BNS, P.S. Ahirauli Bazar, District Kushinagar. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 28.4.2025 by victim "A" against the applicant alleging therein that the applicant is her neighbour and when she was taking bath at the house, he made a video of it. He also made a video of her devrani victim "B". He on the basis of the said recorded video, came to them and was pressing them for illegal acts. On 28.4.2025 at about 5 p.m. he entered into their house and
