Heard Sri Kamal Krishna, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Shyamal Kumar Prayagi, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Derapur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant alongwith other accused persons is stated to have assaulted the husband and son of the informant on 19.1.2025 at about 08:00 p.m., whereby the injured persons were rushed to local hospital by ambulance and the husband of the informant was declared dead there and her son was referred to Hallet Hospital, Kanpur Nagar, whereby he was admitted and being treated. 5. The FIR was instituted on 20.1.2025 at 04:19 p.m. The son of the informant also succumbed to the
