Heard Sri Manvendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Chaudhary Dil Nisar, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 69 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 333, 352, 117(2), 351(3), 115(2), 103(1) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and the co-accused person Tayyeb, Babu and Smaryab armed with country made pistol and four other co-accused persons armed with Lathi, Danda and other weapons are stated to have assaulted the informant and other family member causing injuries to 5 persons in all and thereby committing murder of one of them on 28.02.2025 at about 09:00 PM. 5.
