Heard Sri Ram Prakash Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Singh, learned AGA-I for the State and perused the material on record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Amit, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 91 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 351(2), 87, 64 BNS, registered at Police Station Rakabganj, District Agra. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 07.06.2025 by Jaish Kumar against the applicant alleging therein that his sister aged about 18 years had completed her three months computer course. She has been lured and enticed away by Amit (the present applicant). Report be lodged and action be taken. 5.
