Heard Ms. Priyanshi Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ramesh Shukla, learned counsel for the State and perused the material on record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Gurucharan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 135 of 2025, under Sections 69, 352, 351(2) BNS, registered at Police Station Saiyad Raja, District Chandauli. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 04.06.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that while she was studying together, she and the applicant came in touch and used to talk to each other. During talks they developed love relationship and the applicant made a false promise to marry he called her many times to Chandauli, Naugadh, Chakiya and Mughalsarai and established physical relationship with her.
